Westminster & Partners advises investment managers, financial institutions, founders and technology companies on complex regulatory, corporate and cross-border matters.

From FCA authorisations and SEC registration to AI governance and commercial transactions, we provide partner-led legal advice that supports clients operating across the UK, Europe and the United States.

We combine technical legal expertise with commercial judgement to help clients navigate regulation, manage risk and achieve their strategic objectives.

Our Story

Westminster & Partners grew out of AI Founders Connect, a New York nonprofit that brings together AI founders, venture capital firms and institutional investors.

Since 2024, AI Founders Connect has hosted invitation-only events across San Francisco, Paris, Cambridge, London, Sydney and New York. Working with founders and investors gave us first-hand insight into the legal and commercial issues facing AI companies as they raise capital and expand internationally.

That experience became Westminster & Partners.

Today, we advise investment managers, hedge funds, venture capital firms, fintech companies and AI businesses on regulatory, corporate and cross-border matters across the UK, Europe and the United States.

AI Founders Connect continues to connect founders with investors. Westminster & Partners provides the legal and regulatory advice that helps those businesses grow.
